A dedicated and detail-oriented professional in executive education and diplomatic training, Hind Al Sharif brings extensive experience in the coordination, design, and delivery of high-level executive training programs. In her current role at Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy (AGDA), she supports the development and implementation of specialized diplomatic and executive training initiatives, working closely with internal teams and external government stakeholders to ensure alignment with the Academy’s objectives and quality standards.

Since joining AGDA in 2017, Hind has been an integral member of the Executive Training team, contributing to the end-to-end management of training programs. Her responsibilities include liaising with government entities and training requesters, supporting program design and logistics, and evaluating program outcomes to ensure continuous improvement and impact. In addition, she actively supports cross-functional and academy-wide projects, demonstrating flexibility and a strong collaborative approach.

Hind began her professional journey with an internship in the Training and Development Department of a government authority in Dubai, an experience that reinforced her interest in learning and organizational development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Media Sciences from Zayed University, with a minor in Psychology, and is certified in Learning and Development through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Committed to professional growth and future leadership, Hind is a graduate of the Future Leaders in Foreign Policy Program (2025) and serves as a member of the AGDA Youth Council, reflecting her engagement in leadership development and institutional advancement.
