Her commitment to excellence is evident as she oversees the integration of cutting-edge systems, processes, and policies, enhancing program delivery and support.

Before her current position, Asma excelled as the E-Learning and Executive Training Manager at AGDA, where she harnessed technology to optimize learning platforms that drive educator effectiveness and student success. Her earlier tenure at the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) as an Educational Technology Specialist saw her champion technology integration within the curriculum, while her roots as a faculty member in Computer and Information Science laid the foundation for her passion for teaching and innovation.

Asma holds a master’s degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Project Management from HCT. She is known for her motivational leadership and positive outlook, fostering collaboration among a vast network of professionals to achieve both personal and organizational goals. Her experience as an ambassador and team leader at prestigious international conferences including the EXPO in China (2010) and Korea (2012), as well as COP events in Morocco (2016), Germany (2017), and Spain (2019) demonstrates her capability to engage diverse audiences and drive impactful conversations.

A certified Prince2 professional, Asma consistently delivers projects on time, promoting accountability and collaboration across both virtual and physical teams.
