She specialises in international protocol, professional etiquette, and cross-cultural communication, bringing a wealth of experience in cultural engagement, community outreach, and visitor experience development.

Over the course of her career, Hajar has held several strategic positions, including Senior Specialist in Cultural Guidance and Outreach, where she led impactful initiatives aimed at community empowerment and public engagement. Her work at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Center in Abu Dhabi was instrumental in enhancing cultural understanding and establishing structured outreach programs.

Hajar is known for her ability to design and deliver training programs that integrate professional standards with cultural sensitivity. She remains dedicated to advancing excellence in protocol education and fostering meaningful intercultural dialogue.
