Fatima Alnuaimi is a strategic and results-driven professional with extensive expertise in training, development, and executive learning within government and diplomatic environments. She currently serves as Training Section Head at the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy (AGDA) in Abu Dhabi, where she leads the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of high-impact training programs that strengthen organizational capability and support national priorities.

With a strong foundation in Communication and Media from Zayed University, supported by professional diplomas in Marketing Communication and Learning and Development, Fatima brings a well-rounded perspective to strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and learning methodologies. She is also a gradate of the Future Leaders in Foreign Policy program and a holder of a CIPD diploma in learning and development.

Since assuming her current role in 2018, Fatima has played a pivotal role in overseeing executive and professional training initiatives for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other government entities. Her portfolio includes strategic planning, project management, proposal development, and cross-functional team leadership. She is recognized for translating organizational objectives into impactful learning solutions that drive performance, talent development, and institutional excellence.

In addition to her responsibilities, Fatima is an active member of the AGDA Youth Council, where she contributes to initiatives that promote youth empowerment.
