Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy (AGDA), the UAE's leading diplomatic training centre, and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of the Republic of Kosovo, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to foster knowledge exchange and expertise in domains that include research, education, and training.

The signing ceremony took place at Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy in Abu Dhabi, between Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim Al Dhaheri, Deputy Director General of AGDA, and His Excellency Xhabir Hamiti, the Ambassador of Kosovo to the UAE, in the presence of senior officials from both institutions.

The agreement reinforces AGDA's pivotal role in the field of diplomacy and intercultural communication. It provides a platform for collaboration, facilitating the development and enhancement of diplomatic skills among trainees and students. Additionally, it encourages joint research and study initiatives, as well as the exchange of information for national and international publications in areas of mutual interest.

The partnership allows both organisations to familiarise themselves with each other's teaching methodologies and gain valuable insight into prevailing trends and international developments in the fields of training, study, research, and diplomacy. It also serves as a catalyst for exploring innovative e-learning tools within these spheres.

The strategic cooperation between the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora in the Republic of Kosovo will contribute to the cultivation of diplomatic capacities for trainees and students. It will foster the development of effective communication skills with diverse cultures, providing a fresh perspective on the diplomatic landscape and enriching their understanding of the foreign policy of both countries.
