Hajar is a senior certified trainer and one of the few specialists to have successfully completed the World Federation of Tourist Guides Association training programme in Cyprus. 

Currently designing and conducting a range of training programmes, Hajar also makes time to address her passion in community engagements programmes.

A seasoned professional specialising in community outreach, youth empowerment, and visitor experiences, Hajar has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing from Ajman University with a remarkable GPA of 3.42, carving out a significant niche in her field.

With a depth of experience garnered while working with the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Center in Abu Dhabi, her role as Chief Specialist for Outreach Programmes sees her excel in establishing and nurturing relationships with community organizations and leaders, training programmes for youth and different ages of local communities and enhancing visitor experiences.

Her career also includes roles as a Senior Specialist Cultural Guide and Project Coordinator, where she successfully led initiatives in cultural awareness, communication, and talent development.

Hajar's dedication to her work is underscored by her participation in international tourism exhibitions, exemplified by her continuous efforts to implement effective community engagement programmes.
