Fatima Al Nuaimi holds a Bachelor Degree in Integrated Strategic Communications from Zayed University. She has 2 years of previous experience in training for a government entity, and is now an Executive Training Manager at the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy who has been part of the team since 2015.

Her role as an Executive Training manager is to lead the management of training sessions for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs employees as well as customized training courses for employees from other Government entities. In addition, Fatima handles other departmental responsibilities such as budgeting, and strategic planning which includes aligning AGDA mission with the executive training department goals and objectives. Fatima completed her CIPD Diploma in learning and development to help support her current tasks.
