Women in Diplomacy
Course Objectives
The session discusses gender equality in the field of diplomacy and foreign policy. After providing an overview of where we stand today, it also delves into important case studies of countries that were able to increase the representation of women within their ministries of foreign affairs throughout the years to try and come up with lessons learned. Challenges facing women’s careers in diplomacy are also addressed.
