Academic Advising
AGDA is dedicated to offering academic guidance to its students, aiming to assist them in shaping and improving their educational plans in alignment with their aspirations and career objectives. Additionally, this guidance helps prepare students for both successful employment and further studies. Each student is assigned to a faculty member who takes responsibility for providing academic advice and monitoring progress of the student’s academic performance throughout the academic year.

AGDA Library Facilities
The AGDA Library is dedicated to creating an environment that supports the educational programs and research objectives outlined in AGDA’s mission. To achieve this, the Library is committed to allocating the necessary resources to provide suitable learning resources. These resources are tailored to the specific needs of the educational programmes, practices, and research initiatives identified by students, faculty, and staff members.
The Library is located on the Ground Floor and is open from Monday to Thursday, from 7:30am to 3:30pm and on Friday, from 7:30am to 12pm.

Computer Workspaces
The library offers seating for 85 individuals and provides computer workspaces, high-speed Internet connections and connected printers, empowering students to efficiently search databases and conduct research to support their academic pursuits. Students also have the flexibility to utilise their personal laptops, tablets or other devices to access databases, and they can enjoy complimentary access to AGDA WIFI networks. AGDA’s computer resources must not be used to produce, view, store, replicate or transmit inappropriate materials.

Printing Services
The library’s computers are all connected to printers, enabling students to print both colour and monotone documents. Note that the printers store all printing requests on internal databases and must not be used for anything other than course-related, academic jobs.

Study Rooms
AGDA students have access to study rooms housed within the library which can accommodate up to four students at a time and fit various needs such as tutoring sessions, group projects or study groups. Students can access the AGDA WIFI within these rooms which are available during the library’s operating hours. It is recommended that students book a study room in advance.
Campus Services and Facilities
All AGDA students have access to a full range of services, including dining facilities, health services, IT support, prayer rooms and a student lounge. Some services may be restricted or offered virtually during unavoidable circumstances. Please note that smoking and vaping is expressly prohibited anywhere within AGDA facilities.
Dining services
AGDA students have access to several dining options on the campus, including the AGDA Cafeteria located on the Ground Floor and coffee/tea vending machines distributed all over the Academy. Students are expected to keep all food and beverage areas clean and tidy.
Recreational facilities
AGDA students can take advantage of the many health and fitness facilities within the campus, including shaded walking areas, gymnasium, located on the Mezzanine level, and the student lounge, located on the first floor. Please note that the gymnasium has mixed and single gender sessions.
Prayer rooms
AGDA has separate prayer rooms for male and female students located on the Mezzanine floor, allowing students to offer their prayers without leaving the campus.
