Shamma Al Dabal is the Continuing Education, Head of Section at the Anwar Gergash Diplomatic Academy. With an academic background in International Affairs & Human Rights, she develops & delivers training courses on a wide range of topics including Human Rights, International Organizations, Intercultural Communications, among others. Her research interests and areas of focus include topics related to human rights, specifically the rights of people with disability.

Prior to joining AGDA, she held several positions including Senior Researcher in the Human Rights Sector at the Community Development Authority, where she focused on initiatives and programs related to the promotion and protection of Human Rights. She later joined Zayed University as an Instructor and taught a variety of courses to undergraduate students. Shamma holds a MSc in Human Rights from University College Dublin.
